On Saturday October 21, 2017 at 1:15 pm, Jackson County Deputy Adam Nicholson investigated a single vehicle roll over accident in the 9000 block of East County Road 50 North in Washington Township.

Nicholson found a 2006 Dodge Durango on its top in a field on the south side of County Road 50 North.

The driver, Amy J. Little, 26, of Commiskey, and the passenger Matthew B. Wolf, 32, of Columbus were both ejected from the Durango during the crash. Nicholson and Deputy Rob Henley attended to Little and Wolf until ambulance personal could arrive.

Wolf was air lifted from the scene to the University of Louisville Hospital in Kentucky for injuries he sustained to his leg, arms, and head.

Little was transported to Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, and later air lifted to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis for injures to her arm and head.

County Road 50 North is a gravel road on which Little had been traveling west. After crossing a concrete bridge and returning to the gravel, Little lost control of the vehicle and left the south side of the roadway. The Durango appeared to have rolled at least three times.
